I've lost my recipe for white choc/cranberry blondies from 1999. Anybody have it? Needed for tomorrow. Bleary-eyed and worn out, but I promised them...
Thanks!

1 cup packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter or stick margarine, softened
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup vanilla-flavored milk chips
Cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat sugar and butter at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended (about 2 min.). Add egg and vanilla, beating well. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt stirring well with a whisk. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; beat at low speed just until blended. Stir in cranberries and chips. Spread batter evenly in an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 33 minutes (yes, 33 min!) or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 16 squares.
