I received Corinne Trang's "Essentials of Asian Cuisine" for Christmas. It looks fascinating just to read, let alone cook from!
Does anyone have this book? How do you recommend I go about exploring it? Any favorites or disasters?
DH knows I am totally intimidated by Asian cooking, so he's hoping I'll be able to re-create some of our Chinese and Vietnamese faves.
