Made these for a quick and easy dinner tonight - served with Couscous and Broccoli. Very tasty. Everyone liked it, but I noticed DD16 picking out the raisins.

Thanks for the review! I saw another good review for this one and I can't wait to try it. DH will hate the spices and raisins and Julia won't eat meat, so I will have to eat it all myself. I'm ok with that, though!

I made this last night and also thought it was good. We couldn't find any turkey cutlets so we used chicken breasts. We also served it with couscous and broccoli. Not a wow! recipe but I would repeat it due to the quick cooking time. My sauce did not thicken much and I might add some cornstarch the next time.

I posted a review for this yesterday and thought they were good and quick as well. I added a touch of arrowroot to the sauce to thicken it up. Will also add the turkey cutlets back to the pan while the sauce is reducing rather than just placing 1/4 cup on top.

Yum-we liked these. The spice combo was great. I also thickened up the sauce a bit and added the cutlets back in for a few minutes. Ran out of couscous so I served it over spaghetti.

Wasn't sure if my DH would like this (he's a very traditional guy) but he loved the spices! We did leave out the raisins though - had broccoli and rice. It's keeper here.

I was a little disappointed in the sauce, but had I come here before making them, I would have added a lil' somethin' to thicken it a bit. The flavor was great though. I, too, served with couscous and a big salad.

While I haven't moved it to the ICK pile, I probably won't rush to make it again.
