Well DH and I made this last night and it has possibilities. We made it with flank steak instead of sirloin, but other than that followed the directions. It had a overpowering onion flavor in the end that was way too strong. I ended up picking out most of the onion. But in spite of that I think that DH and I would give this another try since we are always looking for new ways to serve steak and the flavor seemed like it would be very good with a lot LESS onion. It was also very quick and easy to make which is great for hectic weeknights

I am wondering if anyone else had this problem or if we just got a very powerful onion?
