Has anyone tried this yet? I'm going to make it tonight & were wondering if there are any tips I need to know - thanks.
I'll post our review afterward. (I'll also be trying the lemon bars & the blue cheese mashed potatoes - both of which have many reviews.)

Here is the link (i hope) that reviewed this dish. If the link doesn't work you can try searching for Chicken Francais using the searc link in the upper right cornor of the screen. I recall it got pretty good reviews since I put it on my "Must try" list.

OK - I made this last night & it was GOOD! My DH said it tasted like we were at a fancy restaraunt! No sticking problem for me like others experienced - but I made sure the pan was hot.
The blue cheese potatoes were great as well & so were the lemon cheese bars - although I had the hard crust problem as well.
