View Full Version : Dump southwestern soup - easy and yummy!

Southwestern Soup

2 cups cut up chicken breast (leftovers work great here)
2 cans of fat free chicken broth (the 15 ounce cans)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of corn
Add seasonings to taste - I added cilantro and cumin

Cook on top of stove for about 45 minutes. I served it with about 1/2 an ounce of cheddar cheese on top with a dollop of fat free sour cream. It was even better warmed up for lunch the next day. I figured it was about 200 calories per cup.

Thanks for a great easy recipe! I love easy recipes like this for when I'm loaded with classes. I'm guessing you call it "dump" soup because you just dump all the cans of stuff in the pot, right?
