I know the answer to this is probably somewhere on this board, but I don't have time to do a search and was hoping someone could answer my question quickly. Can you make brie kisses ahead of time? How far ahead. I will also be making the CL spinach and artichoke dip found on this BB and would like to know how far ahead I can make this? Thanks for any input.

Can't help on the dip, but the brie kisses are really truly best fresh. You can assemble ahead of time and bake just before, I wouldn't bake ahead of time.

How far ahead of time can I assemble the brie kisses? Do they still taste good if allowed to go cold after cooked?

I wouldn't do it more than 24 hours in advance. They really are a breeze to assemble. Part of the fun of the brie kisses is the gooey-ness of them. When cold, they lose that, and puffed pastry isn't great when baked and cold.

Actually, you can assemble the brie kisses and then freeze them (unbaked), if that helps any--I've gotten in the habit of always having some in my freezer, you just add a minute or two to the baking time and you can take them straight from freezer to oven. But I totally second Bethany, they're really not very nice when they go cold and gummy. And they don't reheat terribly well.
