ISO recipes using cooked chicken

I would love some new ideas for what to do with chicken leftover from making chicken broth. I use a whole chicken and take it off of the bone to finish my broth. I use the broth to make other soups so have the chicken left for creativity. I look forward to your suggestions.

My family loves the Red Chicken Chili recipe in the September 1999 (I think) issue. It uses about 3 c. of cooked chicken and some chicken broth, I believe.

I don't know if it will help any, but a few months ago I made a list for myself of things
that call for cooked chicken, or recipes where cooked chicken could easily be subbed. I didn't write the issues down, because I just look them up in the 95-99 or 00 index listing, but here it is:
