iso: blue cheese hambuger

I am at work, and I have a hankering for a blue cheese hambuger. Can anyone give me the ingredients? I will pick up on my way home. I don't remember what magazine-but I do remember it has "Blue Plate Specials" on the cover.

I have the 2001 Annual open to the Blue Plate Specials but there is no blue cheese hamburger listed-no hambruger at all. Will keep looking...
