Groundhog day help

Hi all,

We are having a card party Friday night and need some ideas for groundhog related names for foods. I don't have much imagination for things like this. As an example, we will have a veggie platter with dip. I would like to call it something else.... (Should have given this theme a little more consideration before picking it!) TIA!

How about calling the veggies: "Rodent vittles with WakeUp Sauce"?

With other foods, you certainly can make jokes about Sunshine, shadows, darkness, holes... Why not try making Hibernation Punch? OR Savory Springtime something?

Anything banishing winter is probably good too.

You could name something after Bill Murray! (wasn't he in that weird movie where every day was Groundhog Day?)

If you're serving punch, how about Punxatawney Punch? (check the spelling, but that's where they poke & prod poor Phil until he wakes up!).
