Okay, last night we cooked a Japanese dinner for my son's project. I now have half a package of firm silken tofu and at least a half a package of soybean miso. Other than miso soup, any ideas on how to use it up?

Some of those look great Terry. I'll have to try the wasabi-miso flank steak and the chicken piccata. I think I might make a smoothie with the tofu (since it will only last until tomorrow in the frig).

and the silken tofu you can make fake scrambled eggs with a little salsa on the side (heuvos rancheros) or you can blend it with some coco powder and sugar and eat it like pudding :)
