Review: King Edward Soup

This soup was good but not exciting. My husband liked the heavy beef flavor from the consomme but I thought it overpowered the veggies. It's been good for lunch however.

Do you think it would reduce the beef flavor if I used beef broth instead of consomme?

I'm sure it would. I'll use one of broth and one of consomme the next time I make it.
