View Full Version : Dinner Doctor question
I've seen several people post recipes and reviews from something called the "Dinner Doctor". What is that? Is it a cookbook? Website? Lots of the recipes sound really good.

It is a cookbook written by the author of The Cake Mix Doctor. I really like The Cake Mix Doctor so I bought the The Dinner Doctor. So far, I am pretty uninspired by it. I get the dishes are just to bland, ho-hum for me.

I borrowed the Dinner Doctor from my mom. The recipes that I have tried from it have all been very good. But I kind of ran out of recipes that look good to me...
Still, I made and enjoyed 7 or 8 recipes which says a lot since usually my cookbooks just sit on the shelf (I get most recipes online).
The recipes/reviews of the dishes I made are here.

I would recommend the book if you like to have some quick weeknight options for meals and if you like recipes that have broad appeal (kids, picky eaters, etc.).
Well, I work and have 4 kids, so easy weeknight fare sounds great to me! I'll check out that link you posted, Val, and maybe try out a recipe or two to see what the family thinks.:)
