Rubber band in my oatmeal!

I am so upset. I just found a 1 inch section of a rubber band in my instant oatmeal! I can't believe I would find something like this in a packaged, ready to eat item. Imagine if a young child had gotten it!

rubber bands are latex, aren't they??
thankfully you do not have latex allergies, but for someone who did, this could be very dangerous!

I have emailed the company, they promise a response within 2 days so we will see what happens. I'll let you know.
