I made these last night. The recipe said they could be kept in an airtight container. However, they are soft and chewy today. I guess I didn't give this much thought. Do you think they will reheat okay now, and be crispy? TIA
For a twist on these, sprinkle them with lemon pepper, also (in addition to the cumin, I mean). I know it sounds weird, but a favorite restaurant of mine makes these to serve with a spinach dip that's made with Rotel tomatoes, monterey jack, cream cheese, parmasean, etc. and the flavor combination of the pita chips and spinach dip is awesome!
