The February issue of Cook's Illustrated has a rating on sauté pans. It's quite interesting. A co-worker recomended I try this magazine out and it's very interesting. It's expensive ($7.00 in Canada, $5.00 in the States), but it has no ads and comes out every two months. I find it a great companion to Cooking Light.

I highly recommend it.

I've had a subscription for years. On the saute pans, All-Clad was rated No. 1 and 2...yea!!!!!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I have also become a big fan of Cook's Illustrated. I love the reviews - and the fact they have no advertising. I think of it as Consumer Reports for cooking.
