Tofutti Sour Supreme - Better than Sour Cream

I have recently tried Tofutti's Sour Supreme sour cream substitute and was very impressed - it has the same number of calories as fat free sour cream and is SO much better tasting. I am curious to see if anyone has cooked with it. I suspect that it will cook better than sour cream without curdling, but I haven't tried it yet and wonder if any of you have any advice.

I am a vegetarian and I soy products. But, I thought the Toffuti sour cream was awful. Lucky you that you think it tastes good. I bought it once and have to say never again. Sorry I can't help you when it comes to cooking. Maybe you could just experiment a little and see how it holds up.
