Food Storage Article- Nov. Issue

The refrigerator/freezer storage guide in the Nov. issue (pg. 128) was very helpful but I'm looking for a guide that lists a lot more items.

Does anyone know if there is a guide somewhere on the Internet? Thanks!

I don't know of a guide on the internet, however there is a cookbook that addresses how long things keep, why chemical interactions occur and how. It's called "Cookwise" by Shirley Corriher?? (not sure of the spelling of her last name) She has been a guest on Food Network's Cooking Live. She is a food chemist and is quite interesting. I would go to a bookstore (Barnes & Noble) and check out the book. I love to go there and sip coffee and thumb through books on those big comfy couches!!
