Tapenade for Sherry

I found the tapenade at my grocery store that I had purchased, it was Peloponnese brand, a product of Greece. The phone # listed is 1-800-611-9782. I plan to search for a website. They are distributed by Melting Pot Foods, MN. Our store hasn't had the product since before the holiday, it must be a popular product!
BTW - Did you try the eggplant instead? I didn't get a chance to but hope to soon. Also, I must try the recipes that were given for Tapenade, I wanted a jar in my pantry in case of an appetizer emergency http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

SusanL, thanks for the info....I have not tried the eggplant yet...I need to do that. I ended up buying a olive and fig tapenade from Dean and Deluca's...Everyone loved the appetizer...Of course the tapenade was $9.00. I used probably half of it. So, I need to finish it off. I would also like to make my own. I usually have the ingredients called for on hand, making it a bit more affordable too..Thanks again I'll look for Peloponnese at my store.
