I'm always looking for new ways to cook broccoli since it is my husband's favorite vegetable. This recipe was very good and would fit in nicely if you were serving oriental food that evening. Not too much work either...

Someone made this for our Chinese-themed Supper Club meeting last week, and it was great! It's now on my list to make, once I find some oyster sauce.

I make the broccoli yesterday and it was really terrific. I served it with an non-Chinese entree (ham loaf) and it was a good accompaniment.Even my DH loved it.
