I just made the Roast Beef from Cooking Light, December 2002. Viccandi posted it. I really liked the crust; it gave it a lot of flavor. I did not make the sauce because I did not have any horseradish sauce on hand. This recipe made a pretty inexpensive piece of meat very tender and flavorful.
