I live in Europe. I was kindly given a gift subscription by a relative, who mananged to put in a wrong zipcode.
This resulted in my getting the January issue in March, since the local German postoffice had to process the magazine by hand.
I came to the site to change my address. On the webform I was required to pick a state or location in order to send the change of address email at all, but Germany was not an option. In desperation, I chose California, but of course, now I have the German address, with German zipcode, and the state as California, and no way to change it back. I assume I will never get another magazine, unless my email to customer service really gets read and coped with. ARRRRGH.
Would the website programmers please consider that subscribers may come from anywhere?
