Has anyone checked out the Suzanne Somers "Somersize" DIET PROGRAM?
Is it like the SBD?
I caught a quick piece of her story on Larry King tonight., and I thought I heard her talk about it.

I've heard a little about it---it does sound similar, but I haven't really looked at it. I think Suzanne looks the way she does because of genes. :D

I know someone doing the diet. Its similiar in that it is low carb/good carb but she also gets into food combining or more exactly what you can't combine.

I can't say it's that similar---you are allowed/encouraged to eat full fats and creams, etc. which SBD does not promote. Mostly it's about combining certain foods when eating.

My dad did this and lost weight but his cholesterol went through the roof.
