Thanks so much MrsReber. It's so hard to get used to just TWO of us left at home...hopefully, I will get to meet you at the C/L weekend. I'm so looking forward to seeing many of the "helpful" people on the BB.

I would like to make the salmon pizza this weekend, but would like to know: 1.) Can you store the dough in the refrigerator, how and for how long. 2)Can you freeze the dough and 4) Do you need to do anything special when defrosting? Thanks for help on this.

Joyce, you can definitely freeze pizza dough. I take it out in the morning to defrost if I am going to use it that day. I am not sure about refrigerating it, though. I don't think it would keep too long that way. The dough may be a bit sticky when you defrost it, so you may just want to make sure your hands are floured well. Good luck.
