Sorry it took so long to respond. I just did a search under my name today, and found this post that I hadn't read since I originally posted to it. Here you go...

Mints


1 (2lb) bag powder sugar
1 (8oz) block cream cheese
1t mint flavoring
1t butter flavoring

Cream all ingredients together, adding a drop or two of food coloring if you want. Roll dough into small balls, roll ball into sugar, and press into mint mold. Remove excess dough with your finger to make back smooth, push out of mold and serve. Will keep in refrigerator at least a week. Or, you can freeze them and thaw in refrigerator before serving.
