HELP!! Need Metric Conversions for Recipe

I am making this meatloaf recipe from a british cooking magazine, but I forgot that all the measurments are in metric!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll list all the ingredients:

150 g carrots
1 onion (don't need conversion here ;) )
2 cloves garlic
50 g butter
1 tsp. paprika
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
1 bunch parsley
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 kg lean minced beef
100 g bread crumbs
2 egg whites

I think this will help; there is a chart that converts grams to ounces and to cups.
