Strawberry balsamic chicken

I was late getting in from work last night and decided to just quickly whip up the rasberry balsamic chicken - I could have sworn that I had rasberry preserves. I was mistaken and could only find strawberry preserves in my fridge. I made the chicken anyway using that and it was excellent!
