In searching for muffin recipies I came across the "Give Me Your Muffins" thread http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/Forum1/HTML/000949.html in which the Strawberry Cream-cheese muffins were discussed. You mentioned that you were going to try to freeze them and see how they turned out. I have a couple questions: 1) Are they still in your freezer? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif If not 2) How did they hold up to freezing?
I bought this totally cool heart shaped muffin/mini cake pan from WS and thought it would be fun to make baskets of muffins to give to loved ones for Valentine's Day. But, if I make some in advance, I will have to freeze them. Just wondering how those held up. Thanks, Gina
