ISO: Penang's yummy Malaysian veggie dish

I love the restaurant Penang (or Nyonang) in NY... my favorite dish that I always get is the Kang Kon Belacan (sp) that is green veggie in some shrimp paste and maybe pork??? not sure ... does anyone know how to make this??? please?

i think the veggie is convulus or something...not sure...
