I received an email from cooking.com about a scale that counts carbs and protein as well as sodium, cholesterol, fat, and fiber. It cost $89.95 and can store 99 items. If you eat salmon every week or so, that nutritional info will be there. There are product codes for food items that you plug in.

If it wasn't so pricey I would buy it.

Sami, I received that advertisement too...I was very close
to ordering it...but when you think about it you would
have to weigh everything you eat in one day to get
an accurate count. If you would really do that,
then it would be worth it (IMO).
