ISO WW recipe for dressing for Apple Salad

I have a friend who told me about a recipe that uses instant butterscotch pudding as an ingredient for the dressing for apple salad. Could someone that has a WW cookbook share this with me? She says it is wonderful!

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 apples -- cored and diced
16oz crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
1 package butterscotch instant pudding -- fat free, sugar free
1 tub fat free Cool Whip

Combine all ingredients.
