can i use that country crock spread instead?

wondering what will happen if I do? http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/confused.gif Will it make them really flat and run?
Im making those puffed chocolate chip cookies again, and noticed I ran out of the normal Nucoa margarine i use. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/eek.gif

The applesauce is draining now, so I'll be making these soon anyway, IF i dont get back here to see if anyone has any suggestions.

TIA!

i made them! they're as wonderful as the 1st time!!!

this time, my batter was a little runny, so i added a little more flour, and put it in the fridge for a while!

they didnt run or go flat!

rachelle,

I really wouldn't use the country crock...I think it might make them an icky texture, and much more likely to burn. But if you do try it, let us know how they turn out!
