I made this last night for my supper and then for lunches the next couple of days. I did change the recipe in one major way: I used chunk light tuna from a can instead of preparing the fresh tuna. I imagine that this impacted the recipe somewhat.

As I made it, this was a good recipe - but nothing special. I think that there are better recipes out there with these ingredients - feta cheese, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, etc. The dressing left a bit to be desired - it was fine, but not great, either. It seemed to be missing that extra something. I think maybe adding a bit of vinegar to it (or white wine) might improve the flavors.

Thanks for the review!

I have this one on the menu for next week, but I'll be using the 8oz tuna steaks as I already bought one. I will try adding a spalsh of red wine vinegar to maybe add a bit of zing.
