and feta quesadillas.this is from CL annual 2002 or CL June 2001. it was excellent! the whole article has a bunch of different salads with meat and they all use a basic dijon-lemon vinaigrette as a base for their dressings.
the salad itself was a mix of greens with chopped kalamari olives canellini beans and tomato mixed with the lemon caper vinaigrette. the tuna was seared to medium rare and chopped and placed on top of the salad. the quesadillas had mashed up canellini beans and feta cheese. the meal was perfect for a warm day and felt really healthy because of the beans, tomatoes and tuna (mercury be danged!). of course as i am still nursing this means i can't eat any more tuna for a while- i've had it twice in the past month. i love tuna:( so i hate all this mercury warning stuff.
the other salads in the accompanying article are flank steak and blue cheese quesadilla salad. cheddar jalapeno quesadilla salad with cilantro-lime vinaigrette, and lemon-rosemary chicken quesadilla salad with shallot-mustard dressing. i did a search for the tuna one and didn't find any reviews.
the CL annual 2002 always seems to have something good to make in it when i'm not sure what i'm looking for!

ETA: i tried to figure out how to boldface the recipe titles but can't figure it out:confused:

Hi angelamaria

When you're in the Edit Post screen:
Put a " [ B ] " in front of what you want bold, and a "[ / B ]" at the end of it. (Take out the spaces I had to add though - there's no space inbetween the parentheses and the B, or /B, etc. I just did that so it would "show" on the screen).
Make sure you use a capital B and the square parenthesis.

You can also click on the "B" square (next to the I and U squares - Italic and Underline, respectively), type in the word/s you want bolded, then click OK. (But then it usually sticks your bolded word at the bottom of the "your reply" screen and you have to go down and "get it". :o )

Hope this helps (and makes sense!!!)!
;)
