Couldn't find a review on this yet.

For such a simple dish, the flavors were EXCELLENT! The only seasonings being oregano, lemon, and salt. Very easy to put together. I'd definitely recommend the fresh fettuccine it calls for; good quality pasta is important in this dish.

We really liked this tonight too. The flavor really was surprisingly good for so few ingredients. I used linguine since the store was out of fettucine, but did everything else the same. I think I'll definitely make this again since it was very good, and so easy!

I agree, this is a yummy dish! The salty prosciutto with the tangy lemon - just right! One warning - don't expect there to really be a "sauce" on the dish. It's more of just pasta tossed with the other ingredients. It was very springy, though, and just right with a strawberry spinach salad. YUM!

Made this for dinner tonight... quick and easy and very yummy. We really liked the lemon-y flavor with the prosciutto and the asparagus a lot. My store didn't have fresh fettuccine, so I used dried whole wheat instead. It was quite good. A definite week-night repeater!
