Aaaaarrr!!! Am I the only one who can't edit?

I posted about this on the tech support forum a while ago, but I still have the same problem! Every time I want to edit a post, it times out and give me an error after 30 seconds. If I wait for the error, my post ends up edited anyway, but it's so annoying to have to sit there and wait for it to time out!

OK, vent over. Am I the only one?

Happens to me every time I edit. I have never edited without getting the error.

I must always weigh whether or not I _really_ want to edit the post.....

Me, I guess! :p I actually have started minimizing that window and carrying on with the rest fo the threads...I always open each thread in a new window and this afternoon even DSL was extremely slow. At one point I had 5 BB windows opened...

Ditto. This happens to me every time I try to edit something.

It's been doing it to me off and on for MONTHS. I've gotten to the point where if I edit and the little green "working" bar on the bottom of my screen goes maybe a third of the way and stops, I click the title of the thread and every single time see my post has edited as requested.

Sadly, the space allotted did not leave sufficient room for me to write the full name, which correctly should be "She-Who-Breeds-Things-in-the-Fridge.":eek: :eek:

I get that all the time, too, but when I go back and check my post - it's edited. Go figure.
