I'm really craving something weet right now, but since we don't have anything in the house, I'm going to settle for fantasizing about dessert tomorrow night. :p I'm longing for some Jello and Cool Whip, for some reason!

Can anyone tell me how many points FF Cool Whip has?

Thanks! This diet thing is getting easier!:D

I don't know about points, but I know that on Jenny Craig, sugar free jello with 2 tbs FF cool whip was a "Free" treat. It's only 15 cals for 2 tbs if I recall correctly, and 2 tbs was enough to put a good layer on the top of one of those pre-made cups of SF jello.

Rebecca, a yummy sweet treat for just 1.5 points is to take a couple of TBS of FF Cool Whip, spread between chocolate graham cracker squares, and freeze. Absolutely no nutritional value, but tickles that sweet spot nicely! :)

Glad to hear it's getting easier!

Cut up a pear - peel first if you prefer.
Then, if you're like me and you can't wait for it to defrost first, add chunks of frozen fat-free cool whip.
Pour Dannon Light Vanilla yogurt on top.

Tangy yet sweet - this is SO GOOD - and also DEELISH with strawberries, banana, peaches...

There's a few really good 1-3 pts ones on
