Hi everyone!
I was in New York City last week and a friend took me to the Levain Bakery on the Upper West Side. Their cookies are voted Best Cookies in New York and I'd say they are the best cookies in the world! Wow! I am wondering if any one else has tried them or, even better, figured out how to make something similar. These cookies are like cookies, cake, brownies, scones, and muffins all in one! I especially loved the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip ones.

Yum!

P.S. You can order them by mail for a hefty price, but I'd say they're worth it, especially as a nice gift for someone special.
