Anybody got any good or different ways to make Bloody Caesars? Usually do spicy clamato, worcestshire, lemon.

Hi Lena-
Do you rim the glass with celery salt? That is my favorite part! Also, marinated asparagus makes a great garnish. Other than that I make mine pretty much the same except I use reg. clamato and use my own tabasco sauce.

My hubby loves a touch of hot horseradish added as well as the tobasco, worcestshire(sp?), ground pepper and of course don't forget the generous squeeze of fresh lime!

I was wondering the same thing myself, when I saw the title of this thread I just had to peek. I had a roommate once whose boyfriend always made us Bloody Marys, only he used Clamato instead of Tomato juice. I guess I've had a Bloody Caesar before and didn't even know it. Ooohhh...I miss a good Bloody Mary! Not too spicy, with celery salt and a pickle (no olives please).

Yes luv2cook, a bloody caesar is a bloody mary but with clam juice (or clamatto instead of tomato juice) added to the drink.

SusanD, I make mine with Texas Original (lowest sodium out there) bloody mary and I use marinated sweet onions. NO celery and NO clam juice - yuk. They are to die for IMO. Also a spash of fresh lime...
