I have almost reached my goal for fitness. I am currently doing a body sculpting routine from the Body Sculpting Bible for Women. My question is what is next? I have no desire to become fitness model perfect. I feel pretty good where I am now and considering where I was a few years ago (220 lbs.)I am very pleased. I am looking for a book or website that will help me plan a maintenance schedule. I cannot imagine life without exercise now but I hopefully can get by with less than 6 days a week.
Any advice would be appreciated.

First of all, congrats on reaching your goal! Towards the end I also had to exercise 6 times a week to lose the last few pounds. However, for maintenance I scaled back to 4-5 times a week - depending on what I ate. I also was able to increase my food intake - but only a little.
Vary your routine a bit but keep a close eye on your progress to make sure you don't loosen the rules too much.
Good luck!

Welcome to the boards! (both of you!)
Not knowing what your routine is like now, or your time constraints or anything like that, I guess a basic recommendation for maintenance would be exercising 3-5 times a week with a healthy blend of both cardio and lifting. Depending on what you like to do, what equipment you have to work with (gym versus home gym), etc. It may be fun to get involved with a sports team or to take a class in something in order to keep your interest peaked as well - that way you're fit in order to be able to do something, versus for appearance or health alone.
Feel free to PM me if you want more ideas! Congratulations on meeting your goal and joining us on the boards!
:D
