I made this for dinner tonight. The blue cheese dressing is really good. My suggestion would be to either to add half or none of the blue cheese into the blender mixture and stir the blue cheese in to have some chunks. I added extra cheese b/c I wanted chunks of blue cheese.

I made this last night and agree that the dressing is good. It was quite thick and had a bit of the "texture" of cottage cheese if that makes any sense. I think it could have used alittle more milk to thin it down and make it easier to toss with the greens. The blue cheese flavor wasn't overpowering. Like Molli said, you could add more at the end to have more blue cheese chunks. I guess it just depends on how you like your blue cheese dressing.

I agree with the others, nothing special about the salad, but we loved the dressing. Really easy too. The DD says she doesn't like blue cheese, but she ate every mouthful of this and loved it.

Yikes, I guess I have to make it over again. I tried it but it had too much of a cottage cheese texture to it and it just really was off putting. I did stir in the chunks of blue cheese by itself, but it still didn't turn out.

Maybe next week I'll try it again and just process more.
