I was getting ready to make some mac salad for our Nascar race weekend and I only have about 1/2 cup of mayo!! :eek: What else can I use in addition to that scrawny amount? I have light sour cream and plain lowfat yogurt? Both? A combo thereof?

*sigh* I "always" have an extra jar of mayo in the pantry...:rolleyes:

I would go with the sour cream for that particular dish.

I agree. I've subbed sour cream for mayo in the past with good results.

I've mixed it with no fat yogurt ( to cut the fat count). Not bad if used fairly soon, but can get a little runny if it sits around a few days.
