New oven!!!

We have a new range in my house! A nice, big, stainless Amana number with a convection oven! I'm so excited. But... what should I bake first to try out my lastest toy? Any ideas? (I need to go grocery shopping anyways, so I'm not limited to what's on hand, which is truly pathetic indeed :eek: )

Bake a whole recipe of cookies in one shot! That's what I would do. My little GE number I used to have, 1 rack at a time. Now I can do 5!

What's even better is if you have a cookie recipe that takes 20 min. per batch, you'll see that take less time, too!
