Cooking an Eye of the Round

Planning on cooking an eye of the round roast tomorrow - anyone have a 'favorite' way to cook boneless roasts? Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone made the Port Mushroom Sauce - thought I would serve that along with the roast?

My mother makes a delicious eye-of-round roast on special ocacasions. Her secret is the addition of garlic. Normally, I hate garlic, but when combined with the roast, it's delicious!
