I just got this new cookie pan that you can make cookie pops in. However I don't have any recipes that will work? Any suggestions? I think a sugar cookie would work but I don't want the cut-out kind. T.I.A
I did Toll House cookies in one for my son at Halloween. They were softer, like baking them as bar cookies, but the kids loved them. We used more chocolate chips for the faces while they were still warm. They use a lot of dough.

Here is a great sugar cookie recipe, you roll the dough into balls and flatten with a glass, they might work for your molds...if you can keep from eating the dough http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif
