I made the mediterranean orangy roughy last night, but I used talapia fillets instead (they were on sale) and it was fantastic. It was very quick and easy - the fillets were thin so it was only 10 minutes in the oven. I served it with wild rice that had dried cranberries and diced pear mixed into it- yum.

I am not sure what issue is it from but if you do a recipe search on www.cookinglight.com (http://www.cookinglight.com) under fish you will find it.
