Needed to use up the last of my macadamias
(the tree is blooming again for this fall harvest) and I made the Coconut-macadamia cookies (12/00 pg189). They are VERY similar
to the Anzac Biscuits (4/97 pg170) which is also a very favorite. I will try them later again and use some other nuts in the cookies. These cookies have honey as an ingredient which is much easier and CHEAPER to use than the Cane Syrup. Give them a try!
