Just what is Trader Joe's????

Maybe I'm clueless??? I have heard several people refer to Trader Joe's. Just what is this place?? I live in Phila. and have never heard of it. Is it a specialty market or what?? Someone please clue me in!!

Leonard, a new one opened up on Route 202 at the Gateway Mall. I believe it is in Devon or Wayne, not sure what that area is called but it was Great! The small store was packed with people last Sunday. I hope we get one closer to us but it was worth the 40 minute drive.
