New members needed - Columbia, SC supper club

I have been part of a wonderful supper club in Columbia, South Carolina for the past 2 and 1/2 years. Recently one member moved away, and another is on "hiatus" from the club as she is caring for an ill family member. We are looking for one or two new members to join us.

I'll mention something up-front - although we started out as a Cooking Light supper club, we no longer cook light. Sometimes a member will make a CL recipe, but that is not required. One couple participates in our club, and occasionally one of the rest of us will bring our spouse. We all like: spicy food, ethnic food, and wine! :)

If anyone out there lives in Columbia, just respond to this thread or send me a pm, and I'll tell you more about our club.

We are still an active club - although we aren't looking for new members, I certainly could ask the rest of the group about it.

Just to tell you a bit about the club: we currently have five female members - one spouse participates all of the time, one spouse (mine!) does not participate, and the others come off and on. We definitely are not a "cooking light" club - our focus often has been on the authentic cooking of different ethnic foods (although we've had different themes).
