Hi everyone,
I have some pumpkin ravoli that I would love to use, but I am not sure what kind of sauce to make it with. I was thinking of cream sauce (?) but I would like something relatively low fat. I would appreciate any feedback

Sherri, just wanted to put in my 2 cents. I bought pumpkin ravioli at Trader Joe's a while back and had it with a curry chicken recipe from CL for the "sauce". Unfortunately I am at work right now and I can't remember which issue the recipe was in. But I wanted to mention it because it was a DELICIOUS combination. The curry chicken recipe was very saucy and was designed to go over pasta so I figured that it would be good over ravioli. Boy was I ever right!
